Check the Chrome/Edge Developer Tools network tab for more details on the issue. To do this, in Chrome or Edge, press CTRL+SHIFT+I to show the Developer tools pane, switch to the Network tab, and on the Power BI site attempt to download the file so that the error appears
In the list of files on the Network tab you should see a few rows appear, one will appear in red. Possibly with the name of "pbix?downloadType=0". Select that row. On the details section that shows, select the Response tab at the top of the Developer Tools pane. It may contain a useful error message.
If you find that error but can't make sense of it, and the message doesn't contain any sensitive information, it could be helpful context to your question to include it here.
It was the slow Internet conenction; the mesaages in Developer Tools network tab pointed to it.
Thanks for your help.
Worked today
Thanks will do tomorrow and provide more detail
I tested now, but was not conclusive. Will try tomorrow ith better network connection
