Can free users view and interact with my reports in Teams?

There is a half circle shown for sharing reports with free users in Teams (picture below). What does it mean exactly? Which functionalites of PBI can free users see in Teams?

If it is a Pro workspace, then the user must have a pro license, or it will just show a white box or the Power BI logo.

If it is a Premium per User workspace, then the user must have a PPU license.

If it is a Premium capacity workspace, then the user must have a Power BI Free license, or a PPU/Pro license will work too.
