Can a user to share the "bookmark" with others,so that they can see the same view/filtering?

I have all my reports published, everything working fine!

I have a user that played around and created some special filters. Is it possible for that person to share the "bookmark" with other users so that they can see the same view and filtering?

(If that person shares the link, are all the filters "saved" in the link?)
