I would like to bring together data from Google Analytics and a Google Spreadsheet and put it into a calculation so that, for example, I can calculate the revenue per user of the website. How can this best be done with Power BI?

Then you may need to shape data to meet your requirements.

Next try to create relationship between two dataset, then create calculated columns or measures to use the data from different tables.
