Hi there,

I'm trying to refresh my dasbord but i got this error:

Se ha producido un error al procesar los datos en el conjunto de datos.
Vuelva a intentarlo más tarde o póngase en contacto con el soporte técnico. Proporcione estos detalles si se pone en contacto con ellos.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please check whether you have configured gateway correctly and select the corresponding gateway of the dataset when you configure refresh.

If you see the credentail error like below, you need to edit the credentials  and re-sign-in.
