Both direct query and imported tables in a Power BI dataset deployed from VS SSDT?

Is it possible to have both direct query and imported tables connected to a Azure sql database in a Power BI dataset created in Visual Studio SSDT Tabular project? In Visual Studio there is a property on the Model.bim file -> DirectQuery Mode On/Off but it seem that this will affect the hole project

This is possible when you create the dataset in PowerBI desktop

I am just curious. Are you trying to publish a BIM file created in Visual Studio into Power BI Service? Is this even possible?
