Hello,
I created a Bing map (bubble) and it plots the countries correctly when I open the app on my machine (both in IE and Chrome) however it doesn't plot the same way when others open the app regardless of using IE or Chrome. What could be the possible reason? I assume it should be related to the individual plug-in etc. rather than the PBIX.
Thanks

Hi Amy,
I figured out the cause of issue later, which was because the map was needing more details of address. So lesson learnt is when using map, try to put any address as detail as possible. I guess how the engine works. But thanks for you response.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Does that make sense? If so, kindly mark my answer as a solution to help others having the similar issue and close the case. If not, let me know and I'll try to help you further.
Best regards
Amy

Hi,
When the other users open the app, Do the other visuals exclude the Bing Map work fine ? Does the Bing Map work fine in Power BI Desktop?
Maybe there is a permission limitation for some specified accounts when you publish App.
There is a similar case you can refer to : https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Map-Visualization-Not-Working-in-power-bi-service/m-p/46267....
Best Regards,
Amy
