What are the best practices to share dataset in PowerBI service workspace?

Thank you. I don't know if you have any outline  on sharing dataset in workspace.

Hi @Doublecrown1 

 

What I would do is to seperate your dataset from your report.

 

Then create an Azure Active Directory Security Group and put all your users into the group.

 

Finally on your dataset go to manage permissions and give the Azure Active Directory Security Group read permissions. Here is my blog post with details on how to add read permissions Creating “Read” permissions on reports & datasets (Allowing to view datasets from remote apps) - Fou...
