Automatic Refresh in PBI Service from MySQL database without turned on computer?

Hello,

I try to realize if there is any way to create automatic refresh in PBI Service conneced to MySQL database. Currently I do it manually, when my computer is turned on, through a gateaway. The question is if there is any possibility to connect PBI Service to MySQL directly in such a manner that the computer shouldn't be always turned on? 

I hope I explained myself correctly.

A method is to migrate data from MySQL database to other online data sources(such as Azure SQL database, SharePoint online file) which don't require Power BI gateway to refresh data in Power BI Service .
