Automate Power BI Access

Hi,

We are planning to rollout the power bi across our orgnaization, we are planning to do give access to users via windows AD authentication.

Is there any we can automate the process of giving access to users ? for eg. if a user joins orgnaization then they should automatically get access to certain Apps and Workspaces based on certain conditions.

Hi @Anonymous,

Power bi sharing features do not limited to use with a single user, it also allows you to share with the group.
If you assign permission to a group, all the members will also get permission. (you do not need any additional operations every time group members changes)
