Author a new dashboard based on a shared dataset in a Premium workspace WITHOUT a Pro license

Hi,

Can people without a Pro license build a dashboard in Premium capacitiy workspace when it's based on a Power BI shared dataset (and while not using Power BI Desktop)?

Hi, @mmossel 

As far as I’m concerned, free users in the Premium capacity only have the “View” access to the content in the workspace, you still need a pro or PPU license to finish the operations like create a report/dashboard in the workspace.
