I have a Power BI Pro licence, and trying to connect to a data source using the 'web' connection option, I've been unable to connect to a Sharepoint Folder. I get an error message telling me that I couldn't be authenticated. I'm using the 'organisational account' option to sign in.the Power BI App shows that I'm 'signed in' to my work account.
I'd love to get some help to diagnose why I can't be authenticated, as it's preventing me from connecting to the data I need to build reports.
This is unrelated to the Pro license.
Please use the sharepoint connectors rather than the web connector. In Power BI Desktop you can also switch your authentication browser if you have troubles signing in to your AD.
If you have recently started exploring Fabric, we'd love to hear how it's going. Your feedback can help with product improvements.
