Hi All,

I have a requirement that i have couple of reports which need to be published in a workspace with report audience

to be granted with different access permission with couple of people to have all permissions and another slot to restrict from 

refreshing the report.Basically restrict them to download the pbix copy. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @vedansh,

You can create a app workspace and set "Members can edit Power BI content". Publish the report to this app workspace, add these people (couple of people to have all permissions) to be members of this app workspace. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-create-distribute-apps#create-an-app-workspace

For these people who are restricted to download pbix file, you can share the report via Share feature in the report, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-share-dashboards
