Are Dashboards Interactive or just Reports?

Hi,

Are dashboard tiles interactive like the visuals are in a report? Everytime I click on a tile it takes me to the report and I don't that.

I like how my visuals on a report are like filters to related visuals.

A tile is a snapshot of your data, so tiles are not interactive. Please refer to the document.
