Any way to schedule a refresh for the Nth business day of a month?

Hello,

I'm trying to schedule some PowerBI reports on a monthly basis, for the 10th business day of the month (not the 10th of the month). However, there really isn't a built-in solution for this on Powerbi.com. Looking into Power Automate but I'm not sure how to go about this either. 

Any one have any suggestions?
