Good morning,
I have two questions: AnalyseByExternalApplication
1/ What does it mean that the user does it only via the MS service platform? And if yes how exactly, ( it is not analysed in Excel)?

2/ And what means the information is missing, does these reports were deleted or modified?

1. Same as Analyze in Excel, mostly..  Nowadays XMLA queries are becoming more common so these count too.

2. not sure what your question is.
