Hi, can anyone please enlighten me on why I cannot connect new files to dataflows? Tried the exact same method and it worked for 2 other files but the remaining 4 files that I need to connect keeps prompting invalid credentials error. My data gateway settings said my status is online and good to go.

You cannot use a local file as a data source and expect the on-prem gateway to know how to get to the file.  Post the files on a sharepoint or other network location where the gateway can access them.

You can use a personal gateway for local files.
