Allow end-users to refresh data after publishing to web

Hi all,

Currently, I published my report to web and can send the link for users outside my Organization to see the report.

The dataset can refresh every 30 min but it takes 1 hour to be refreshed in public URL.

But what I want is my customers can refresh whenever they want the updated data.

Is there anyway to do that with public URL or any other options?

If I understand your requirement correctly that you want your customers could refresh your report whenever they want the updated data.

Actually, there is no option to support this feature currently, only the owner could refresh the report published to web.

In addition, you should note the security of Publish to Web. When you use Publish to web, the report or visual you publish can be viewed by anyone on the Internet.
