Hi,
Suddenly all my dashboards show "This dashboard contains Power BI Pro content". I've tested - it's legitimately not letting any non-pro users in. I can't test pro users (I'm the only one at my organization).
Even a blank dashboard says "this dashboard contains Power Bi Pro Content".
What's up?
Solved! Go to Solution.
The changes on June 1 essentially mean that free users can use Power BI for their own content. Only Pro Users get to "collaborate" which means sharing and viewing shared content.
Unlike before June 1, free users can now do everything else. Its just simply a line in the sand between collaboration and 'personal'
I would also suggest upgrading the account to a Trial account, so that you can ensure it will meet your requirements.
If it does and you want to continue using Power BI then you will need to look at upgrading and paying for Power BI to Share Dashboards with other users. (Who will also require a license to view)

My guess its the change to the licensing that occured June 1 that was announced back on the 3rd of May.
