Alert Triggered Send Email

Hi there, need help. I try to integrate power BI alert with power automate. I try follow the step from this link (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-flow-integration), but not working (mail). Any idea? I also try using outlook, gmail but still not working.

Hi @Fahmi06 ,

Based on the description, try to review the data alerts in the Power BI service to see if the data trigger the alert. The data alerts have some considerations.

Then, try to check the email address whether can receive the alerts email.

Besides, the alerts email if be put in spam mail.

Instead of recurrence you can take when a dataset refresh is completed at starting of the flow.
