Alert Customization

Hi

I have set up Alerts in Power BI Service and it is very useful. 
My question is,  is it possible to customize the messages and also set up for other users ?  (right now we have each user login to the Service and set up the alert by themselves) .

Based on my research, the Alert could not be set up for other users currently and it is not possible to customize the message.
