Admin not receiving notification emails when user request access

I am the owner and admin of a PowerBI report and I have been getting the emails when someone has applied for access to the report. Issue is that I would also like my colleague to be receiving these email as well. He is an admin user in the workspace so I don’t see how he is not receiving the emails. I wonder if something has changed in the setup in PowerBI ? Thanks a lot, any input is greatly appreciated

Hi. I'm sorry but only the report owner will receive the message because that  request for access is only for the single report. The Admin at workspaces is a different role that can add or remove people for all reports.
