Adding data to Usage Metrics Data report

Hi,   I want to add a table from SQL to the Usage Metrics Report ? how can i do ? I saved as the app to try to modify but cannot add data, cannot change the connection type ( Or dont know how)  ...

I aslo activate all the features wihtout success

Please confirm your administrator has enable this options in Power BI Admin Portal:
