Adding a Folder to gateway Error

Hi, 

I am adding a shared network drive folder to the gateway, but am getting this error message:

We got the IO error '64' while trying to access the path 

I am confirming the user account adding the datasource has full access to the path.

Hi @Anonymous ,

The account you configured on data source means power bi will try to use them as credentials to connect to datasource.

If your data source contains other verifications or redirect, it may failed to connect to specific datasource. (httprequests verification is different than operation on a web browser)
