subscribed to Microsoft Power BI / Microsoft Fabric about 3 weeks ago using an account with the domain @onmicrosoft.com.
I have never been able to access the account, and when I try to sign in, the system says that the account does not exist.
When I attempt to access Power BI / Fabric, it recognizes my email and tries to send a verification code, but I cannot receive it or log in, as the tenant seems not to have been activated.
I need assistance to activate or restore the tenant, or transfer the subscription to another email, so I can access the service.

Hi @luiztadeu85
What I would recommend doing is to chat to your domain administrator who owns the domain because they will have to switch your account from the onMicrosoft.com to your actual domain account to allow you to log in successfully.
