I have created a power bi report. Now I want this report to be accessible to all my clients. All of my clients have their own data. I wont be having access to a static ip instance of their SQL server data. How to make my report access to all their data and show them their data based report?
P.S. - They all have same SQL data structure
hi @Anonymous - Are all your clients within the same network? can you explore the option of exporting their data and reading from Sharepoint or OneDrive?
Also if you have a way of identifying the source to customer mapping then you can setup Row Level Security (RLS) in Power BI so a user can only see data that is relevant to them or they have access to.
Refer to the below Microsoft link for more details on RLS
