Access to coworkers personal workspace

Hi

I have access to reports located in one of my coworkers personal workspace. I cant see the workspace directly, but the reports show up when I use the search bar. When my coworker searches for reports in my personal workspace, nothing shows up.

I dont have access to the admin portal, and we dont have a PBI administrator at the moment, but what kind of role/rights do I have that my coworker doesn't? We both have a Pro license.

I think the reason why you can see your coworkers reports from Personal Workspace, is because the coworker shared them to you.

If you dont share the report out, others cant see the content of the Personal Workspace. Only the owner of Personal Workspace can access the personal workspace, no collaboration in Personal Workspace, just like your personal OneDrive.

Power BI Admin (tenant admin) has the ability to look into Personal Workspaces, but it is not by default, it has to be done through the Admin Portal.
