Hi all,
I have a PowerBI App running with several reports in them (we can call them Report A, B, C). Each report is connected to a specific audience. When someone requests access to Report A, I currently get a 'pending apps' pop-up. However, it does not specify which report they want access to. So I am unsure whether they want access to report A, B, or C.
Is there a way to have this information showing?
(When someone requests access to a semantic model, I get an amazing email with the details of the report in question - I would love to have this as an option for apps as well).
Thank you in advance!

Hi @MarcianoT ,
I think one of the main purposes of audiences is to centrally manage what users have access to. Let's say you have a sales group and executive group. Those groups would be 2 different audiences in the app.
So when someone joins a department, they would be added to the group which has access to the correct app audiences for that group and they do not need to request access individually. They don't request access to a specific audience because they are already in the right group/audience depending on their role.
