About multiple filters to power bi through URL.

Hi, i was able to apply one filter to my power bi report through method of filtering using URL format: "https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/reports/REPORT_ID?filter=TABLE_NAME ELEMENT eq 'VALUE'". Can anyone guide me, 1. how to use multiple filters through URL. 2. how to use filters if the value is non-string, like DATE etc.

i tried like "https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/reports/REPORT_ID?filter=TABLE_NAME ELEMENT1 eq 'VALUE1' & ELEMENT2 eq 'VALUE2'.. didn't work
