I don't believe anything like this exists "out of the box". But you could possibly develop you own custom security extension in C# to integrated into IBMID. There is a sample here https://github.com/Microsoft/Reporting-Services/tree/master/CustomSecuritySample that shows how to build a custom security extension that authenticates against a custom database. I think it should be possible to integrate with another authentication provider using this technique.
