unable to save or upload .pbix file in power bi report server Version 1.4.6969.7395

Hello everyone,

today upgraded PBI RS to the latest version in addition to installing Power BI Desktop optimized Jan 2019 version on client pc's, unfortunately, I am unable to upload or save new reports i always get a message that we cant upload the report because either its newer version or some componenetspart not supported.

please advise

I would make sure I open the file in the report server version, then save it in that version before trying to upload it to the PBI Report server.
