msmdsvr.exe use more than 6Gb of my computer Memory

Dear Members,

When i launch power BI Desktop and open the project, my comptuer become very slow and i see in process that Msmdsvr.exe use more than 6 GB of Memory .

could you asssit me to solve the issue?

Hi @Syrille,

PBI Desktop hosts an internal Analysis Services instance. If you have a large model (imported dataset) you will definitely need enough resources to support it.
