how to stop an update of datas

Hello,

This morning, I tried to update data of about 20 reports, manually, via browser.

But it is still running and never ends. There was a problem with my network and everything should stop, but it didn't. Now, I can't started again, and I can't stop what is already running. I tried to update via Desktop, but doen't work too.

I turned off the computer, to force everything get error and stop, but still didn't work.

What should I do?

What if the you try to stop the Power BI report server service?

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft , I did not get the solution! when i refresh dataset via PowerBI service, How could I stop 'Power BI report server service' and on which machine should I stop it?
