Hello,
I just started seeing this error in my report server. I can run reports normally but when I try to upload new report , over-write or delete reports I get this error. I am not sure what to do. I just restarted the report server but the problem is the same. I see error 1030. I have checked my connections and eveything is fine. The existing reports in the report server runs well

You could try checking the Report Server log files for more details. Or you could try running a SQL Profiler trace against the ReportServer database listening for Error events and that may give you a hint.
I checked the log files and I restarted the server and that errors were cleared.
