Hi,

I have a report that stopped working.

When I'm trying to log in. I'm getting the following message - 

"You don't have access to this dashboard

This invitation is invalid

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details."

Any ideas?

sorry for the delay.

this form created around 2017.  the person who created it left the campany.

He sent a link to couple employees to log in the report.

The employees could log in this report in the past.

they both have Power BI Premium license.

Now, when they click the link, they get the notice I attached.

Are you experiencing a situation like the following?

There are many situations that can cause this error, like is it by group or account? shared it from service or copy the link from email? is allow reshare checked? maybe licence settings.
