While changing PowerBI Report service account name after the report server configuration

After restarted power bi service, getting the below error message on the web url

please advise how to replace power bi service LogOnAs user name?

You should never change the service account using the services applet like that. You should always do operations like that using the Report Server Configuration Manager tool. This tool will make sure that any appropriate security permissions are applied to the new account. You should change the account back to what it was, then use the Report Server Configuration Tool to change to the new account.
