View optimized mobile reports without using the Power BI App

HI, I would like to know if there´s a way to see mobile reports without the app.

I am currently hosting the reports on Power BI Report Server. The idea is for the end user to be able to see the reports set to mobile view in a browser (html link).

The Mobile custimization (phone layout in Desktop) does only work for the Power BI App? Is there another way I can view the same report (mobile view) without relying on it? 

I do not have a technical background so any advice or approach to this issue would help.

When we share the link however it only displays the desktop format and not mobile. Is it possible to do this without the Power Bi App?
