I am the Power BI developer for this report and have access to all pages without issue. However, the business users the report is shared with are unable to view one specific page — all other pages are visible to them.

Hi @shsh
Thank you for reaching out microsoft fabric community forum.
If business users can’t see one specific page but you can, please check if the page is hidden in Power BI Desktop before publishing. Also, if Row-Level Security is applied, it might be restricting data on that page, making it invisible for certain users. Bookmarks or visibility settings might also be hiding the page depending on user interaction. Lastly, make sure the users have the correct workspace role (like Viewer) to access all content.
Try un-hiding the page if needed, and use the “View as role” option in Power BI Service to test what users can see.
If this solution helps, please consider giving us Kudos and accepting it as the solution so that it may assist other members in the community
Thank you.
Hi @shsh
Business users can't see one report page likely because:
Page is hidden in the app or not included in navigation.
Row-Level Security (RLS) filters out all data for them on that page.
Bookmarks or buttons are restricting visibility.
Cached version is outdated — ask users to refresh or clear cache.
Check app settings, RLS roles, and bookmarks to fix it.

@shsh Please make sure you have unhidden the page which the users report that they can't see. If you want the page to be hidden when opening in default view, provide necessary page navigation to got to that specific page.
