Use of Google analytics to view report server site's visitors.

Hi All,

My current assignment is bit exciting;but for that I need your help.

I have uploaded many reports on Power BI Report Server. 

Now with the help of google analytics I want to display how many time and how many visitors hit report server site, lets say "reportserver.com".

I have seen some youtube videos regarding google analytics for power bi report server visitors count. But I am unable to find exact solution. 

I have one more question.. Is it possible to view google analytic's visitor report in power BI report ? So that I need not to create new web project for the same. 

Is anybody have any idea how to achieve this?

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

To check the visitors to PBI report server, you could locate to ReportServer DataBase to get detailed information by running SQL query code. Please refer to:

For Google Analytics, I am not familiar with this tool, you may need to post questions on Google Analytics forum to get the solution how to generate a PBI report server visitor report.

Besides, Google Analytics is a supported data source in Power BI desktop optimise for report server.

Your answer solved all my problems. Now I am able to achieve evrything what I am expecting by using Analytics services. 🙂
