Upload error - Power BI Report Server

Hi

We have a new install of Power BI Report Server. I cannot upload a report or save a report. The report have no data or data sources, it only have a textbox.

When trying to upload the .rdl from a folder on the same server where PowerBIserver is installed we get the error " An error has occured. Something went wrong please try again later."

When trying to save the report from Power BI Desktop "An error occurred while attempting to save the report to Power BI Report Server"

I found this error in the RSPowerBI_xxxxx logs
