Upgrading an existing installation to PBI Report Server March 2018

Hi,

I've an existing installation related to PBI Report Server October 2017 and I'd like to upgrade to March 2018 one.

How can I proceed with this task? Does it exist any issues? I need operate carefully inside a prod environment.

Do I need to reinstall the service and the publishing portal? Do I need to recreate new report server databases?

How could I execute a possible rollback to October 2017 version?

I have updated from October 2017 version to March 2018 yesterday using the installer and it´s working OK , but not the new functionalities like sync slicers or hide pages.

Remember that you´ll have to use the PBIDesktop March 2018 to upload reports for compatibility.

However, launching the installer it runs the upgrade working correctly.

It was a problem with browser cache. try to delete navigation data after update PBIRS to March 2018.

Everything is working correctly after that!
