Subscription With Service Account

Hi All, I am trying to create a subscription to a report using a Service Account so any member of my team can amend/disable if needed, but I am unable to add email recipients. The Delivery options To: field is greyed out with the Service Account name. Does the Service Account need to have any specials rights to allow for this?

Does your service account have an email address associated with it? My guess is that maybe because the To: field normally defaults to the email for the account creating the subscription it might have issues if it cannot find an email address for it and often service accounts do not get mailboxes created for them by default.
