Show Items With No Data Not Showing some columns

I am accessing a SharePoint list were

Table 1 has the following columns – ResID, firstName, lastName, manager

Table 2 has the following columns – ResID, Role

Since it is not a SQL backend I did the Show Items with no Data

When I do this Any row that has no role does not display the manager even when the data is there on Table 1.

Resource ID	firstName	lastName	manager	role
1	John	Doe	ABC	Tech Support
2	Jane	Doe	(does not show up but in the backend it has a value)
3	Henry	Ford	BBB	Teacher

Has anyone faced this issue and can someone help resolve?
