Sharepoint excel refresh in Power BI Report server

    Pragati11 it is a sharepoint excel and i am connecting to it as a web data source. it works fine in Power BI service. but i want that in PBIRS.

      Hi Anonymous ,

       

      I am not sure if you went through the list of datasource that are supported by PBRS.

      In your scenario you are using Sharepoint Online which is clearly not supported by PBRS, therefore your data refresh is not working.

        Pragati11  Hi Pragati,

         

        though it is sharepoint source we can still get the excel file url and use it as a web connection in Power BI.

        I have seen that it works fine.

         

        Have you ever used such sources in PBIRS?
