Hi guys,
I've placed a report on my Report Server. Users can view this report. But: my scheduled refresh doesn't work. It gives me the error "Several errors occured during data refresh. Please try again later or contact your administrator."
I've contacted our administrator. He thinks it has something to do with the rights for the Service Account I used. You can see the connection was tested successfully. In my ETL I see that the refresh has started but it seems it can't finish the refresh. And that may be because of the rights for the Service Account.
What we think that causes this problem: the account can and may connect to the database but can / may it also read data from that database? I don't know how we can check this and of it really causes the problem.
I've checked this forum for a solution but I couldn't find something that worked. Can you help us? Or do you need some more information about our issue / accounts etc?
I can see some detailed information, see below. I'm not familliar with this error so I don't exactly know what it's saying.
Thanks!

Hi,
"Connexion successfull" mean "the network connection is operationnal but without any garanty that the current user can "Read" the source data.
First check your sa_capp account has "Read" right on source database. For Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services, add sa_capp account in a Role with "Read" authorization.
For Live query connexion, you don't need to schedule refresh.

Denis

Thanks @dpFr33 Denis,
I did some editing in the rights and I successfully refreshed my report.
Thanks!
