Hello Guyz,
I created this report with a python script which extracts data from a mongodb using an aggregation query, I have successfully pulished the report to the PowerBI premise server which is what we cureently have.
But I noticed the report is not refreshing when I view it, as the last refresh datetime is not changing. I read from some articles out there that data refresh only happens when you view the report, which I did and but last refesh time is not changing.
I will greatly appreciate your contribution on how to get this report to refresh.
Thank you.

did you create a personal gateway, and did you set up a refresh schedule?
Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you mean "Power BI Report Server"? But to my knowledge, Power BI reports with Python scripts or visuals can't be saved to Power BI Report Server currently.

So, in fact, you publish the report to Power BI Service, right?
If so, please check if you have installed Personal Gateway and configured scheduled refresh correctly.
