Scheduling Refresh

I have a problem with power bi server. I have published a new report to power bi serve and I setup scheduling refresh based on attachment,  but the refresh status show refreshing and the report and data doesn't refresh. And the other reports that I had published before the one , scheduling refresh working properly.
