SQL Agent Service not Running

Hi Team,

I am trying to schedule the refresh for a dashboard published on the report server. However, whenever I try to schedule the refresh, I get the error message: 'The SQL Agent service is not running. This operation requires the SQL Agent Service.' I have attached the error message for your reference. Please help me with the issue. Thanks!!

Go to SQL server Configuration Manager -> SQL Server Agent-> Right click -> start

It appears that the SQL Agent is not running on the SQL server where your Report Server database is hosted. Please connect to your Database and start the Agent or go to Services on the server and start manually.
