ReportServer Catalog table showing modifiedby users who shouldn't be able to

I've started noticing catalog records that are showing modified by users who don't have permission. 

I've isolated it to Dashboards with SSAS connections, but outside of that I'm not sure why these users are showing up.

Where did you manage the permission, report server or in SSAS?

Techinically in both, but I was mostly talking about the Report Server. I have users with Browser roles, but the  Report Server Modified Date and Modified by fields are updating each time a user opens a dashboard. It only appears to happen when I'm using a cube data source.
