@d_gosbell Hello,
We recently migrated from 2008R2 SSRS to PBIRS 2017 using backup restore of the databases, copied encryption keys and scripted jobs from old server to new server. All jobs are executing successfully, but we are not getting any reports as emails.
any ideas?
You should check in the log files normally stored at "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\LogFiles" you should find some that start with "ReportServerService_" this is the component that processes subscriptions so you might find some more information in there.
Have you tried setting up a new subscription as a test to see if it is just a problem with migrated subscriptions?
